What is your Returns Policy?

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Victory Road Scarf Co offers a full 30-day money back guarantee for unused items from the day you receive your order. Please contact us via email - customercare@victoryroadscarfco.com, if you are not satisfied with our product and wish to return it. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in original condition with your invoice for you to receive your money back. Note - it can take up to 5 working days for refunds to be processed.

How do I return a Purchase?

Repackage the item(s) you wish to return in their original condition, in their undamaged packaging.

Repeated Returns

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are repeatedly returned.

How will I know that my order is being processed?
